Frequently asked questions

Is this course suitable for beginners or do I need prior Ayurvedic knowledge?

No previous experience is needed. We start with the fundamentals of Ayurveda and guide you, step-by-step, toward a routine that supports your unique constitution (dosha). Whether you’re completely new or already exploring Ayurveda, you’ll find practical insights you can integrate right away.

What exactly is Dinacharya and how will this course help me practice it?

Dinacharya, or “daily rhythm,” is Ayurveda’s art of living in harmony with nature’s cycles. In this course you’ll learn how to create a personal morning, midday, and evening routine—supported by time-tested practices and simple modern science—to nourish your digestion, sharpen your mind, and cultivate steady energy throughout the day.

How is the course delivered and how much time will I need?

The course is fully self-paced and available to you for 3 months from your date of purchase. You’ll have access to a series of short video lessons, knowledge tests, and downloadable guides that you can move through at your own rhythm. Most students spend about 1 hours per week, but you’re welcome to pause and revisit as needed.

What kind of support is available after I finish the course?

You’ll have access to a private community chat where you can share experiences and ask questions while your course access is active.
